Finishing, delivery and installation
- Preparation
- Weld dressing and surface preparation as applicable.
- Coating per project
- Coating — hot-dip galvanizing, painting or powder coating — is selected per the project specification and requirements.
- Coating at partners
- External coating work is coordinated through partners.
- Delivery
- Fabrication in Tallinn; delivery for projects in Estonia, Finland and Sweden by agreement.
- Installation
- Site installation by agreement, based on project scope and schedule.
Frequently asked questions
- Do you calculate platform loads?
- No. Loads and the structural solution come from the customer project or their designer. We fabricate to approved documentation.
- Is the platform delivered complete?
- Yes, including railings, grating and access stairs where the project defines them.
- What surface treatment is used?
- Usually hot-dip galvanizing or a primer and paint system, performed at a partner and coordinated through Firon.
